Quad Bike Seizure

On Wednesday 29th April 2026 officers from the Bolton North Neighbourhood Team were patrolling the Boardman Street area of Halliwell. Some local residents approached officers, complaining about a quad bike tearing around the area every day at exactly 3pm.

Residents told us, “You could set your watch by it.”

So… we did. 👀

Officers decided to RSVP to the daily 3pm performance along Boardman Street. Right on cue, our four-wheeled friend made an appearance—no ticket required.

Following a short foot chase, the rider and bike were stopped. The bike has now been seized, destined for the crusher, and the rider has been prosecuted for having no licence and no insurance.
